QUEEN BEETLE a JR Kyushu ship - high speed passenger jet ferry vessel in Moji |
The Queen Beetle unexpectedly passed thru the Kanmon Straits on April 10, 2022. It was photographed by Ship Freakazoid with an Olympus E-520 DSLR camera equipped with a Zuiko 150mm lens. The idiots that they are, JR Kyushu has the name Queen Beetle plastered all over the ship. The name they choose sounds more like a rock band's name than a ship's name, too. Oh well, ho hum, it was still fun to see it as it chugged slowly thru the Kanmon Strait between Moji in Garden Paradise Kitakyushu and Shimonoseki City.

***BREAKING NEWS (Broken News?)***
More proof JR KYUSHU sucks!!! They KNEW the ship had LEAKAGE problems and kept it operating with passengers riding it!!! For THREE MONTHS until they got caught!!! To me, this sounds like they have no regard for human life or safety, and only for profit. While this is only my opinion, I'll bet many more people think the same way.
